?BBQ Chicken – Cerritos, CA [collab]
Thank you @bbqchickencerritos for inviting me to their new Spicy Galbi flavored fried chicken!
I got to try: the spicy galbi flavored fried chicken, the golden original, secret spicy, onion rings, fries, and the soteoksotek. I usually gravitate toward dry or dry rub over saucy wings/fried chicken, but I think the spicy galbi flavor was actually my favorite! It had a good, mild level of spice and was a sweet as well, and I think the two flavors really balanced each other out.
Do you guys like korean fried chicken or regular fried chicken better? And dry rub or saucy wings? Leave your preferences below! ?
